If there is an issue or error with your order/delivery please contact us and fill out the form. Information of your order is required so we can supply a refund or replacement.
If you decide that you don't want your item(s) you can return it to us within 14 days from the delivery date. The returned product must be in the original, sold condition and in unopened, original packaging. If the item is not faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we can take no responsibility for items lost in transit.
